Percival, pictured at top, is my latest hedgie. I used a specialty mohair fur for his spines. I kind of felt like it was cheating a bit. But I really like how he turned out. I have enough left over to start really playing with making hedgehogs. I'm kind of excited about making more. Percival's eBay auction starts Sunday at the usual time.

Gosh, I've said it before but I'll have to say it again: I absolutely love hedgehogs and have loved all of yours that I've seen... But your latest one is the most realistic yet! The mohair is perfect! He is wonderful.

This mohair is called "hedgehog mohair" and it's really a great fabric to work with - but I've never seen such a fantastic result before. Don't worry about cheating, you created a masterpiece.
