Gilding the Lily





I just finished this little Lily this afternoon. She's only 2 1/2 inches tall ears included and her egg diorama is 4 inches tall. I created the egg out of paper mache. After it had dried I sanded it and painted it with a glittery blue paint. I then affixed german glass glitter over that. It has a flower shaped button glued to the bottom to help it stand. I hope you all like it.

    She's lovely :-) It has been a while since I have had time to browse my fav blogs and I only have time today because we had take out for dinner because it was Mothers day. Nice to have time to view your latest creations :-)
