This horse is a real beauty, wonderful work. Did you know we call these horses tinker horse or tinker pony in Germany? As far as I know tinker is the expression for the british "gypsies". - It's a shame people still have prejudices against Sinti and Roma and keep forgetting what was done to them during Nazi-time... most people here still go on calling them "Zigeuner"... Your initiative is impressive!

Birgit, I had heard that expression before from my Dad.
Thanks for following my new blog. I was really shocked to hear about what the Roma & Sinti people are going through yet again. I guess it never really let up. It was bit scarey to hear about the plans they have for them in Yugoslavia.
