I just found your blog and I'm blown away by your little critters. They are beautiful. I would like to follow your blog but the feature isn't working ?
Thanks for the compliment on my work. I'm not sure why the "follow" feature isn't working. Everything appears to be ok on this end. Maybe it's a gliche with google. Would you mind trying again, today and letting me know what happens? Thanks, Robin
I thought the frog was very imaginative and unique. I was wondering what the tiny charm around her neck is. I am going to try my first needle felt without wire form. I am concerned it will not be weighted enough to stand up. Does the form get firm enough from the felting to provide the stability. Thank you.
Hi Stacy, It's a little metal hand with the word love inscribed on it. As for wether, you should use wire or not all deppends on how tightly you felt your work and how you balance it. The most common mistake in making something that stands on two legs is to forget to add a heel to the foot.. Good luck with your creation. Also if you need any more info on felting, the felting forum is good place to find all kinds of tips, etc. ( http://feltingforum.com )
