Willow

Willow is on eBay now.  Here's a link to her auction. She's made from angora and corriedale wool. I tried a new technique for her wings. I used velum and painted "diamond glaze" over them.  I like the way they turned out.

It's his second anniversary and he has generously donated this beautiful yellow moth.  His work is outstanding. Lilac and New Pics of Mr. Bullet

This is little Lilac.  Her eBay auction starts Sunday at the usual time. She's 5 1/2 inches tall to her ears and 6 1/4 to the top of her fuzzy tail.

I snapped a couple of pictures of Mr. Bullety boy.  It was pretty windy out and Bullet was deciding whether he wanted to venture outside.  He's such a happy boy. He's now sore free! But his feet are still pretty tender.  He still gets soaks every other day. But I think we may be able to bath him only twice a week :-)

Gilda, the oranda goldfish will be on eBay tomorrow night. She's needle felted with a sewn silk covering and silk fins. She was hand dyed to give her a gently gradated color.

La Petite Souris & Sebastian

Here are my latest two. The little fairy mouse was inspired by the French legend of a mouse that acts like a tooth fairy, She has silk and polymer fairy wings and a little silk bag with a polymer clay "tooth". Sebastian, the owl, was just finished this afternoon. He's only 5 1/2 inches tall and is life sized for a Saw Whet Owl.  Both Sebastian and the little mouse are available for adoption and will be listed on eBay this Sunday at the usual time. Thans as always for checking in :0)

Baby Buttons & Duncan on eBay now

I had a lot of fun with these two. I tried something a bit different with Duncan's fur. I used Peruvian yarn (Merino, Silk & Bamboo) and rooted it in .  I like the texture. But it definitely was more work than I had intended on. It nearly took me 7 days to complete him and he's only 7 inches long.
